SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As we expand our sales team to accommodate the growing demand for our brands, we seek Full-time Automotive Sales Consultants who are friendly, energetic, and motivated. Our Automotive Sales Consultants are responsible for creating a buying relationship with customers, eliminating objections to the sale, and building their own business for future opportunities. Continual training and one on one manager support is vital to our Automotive Sales Consultants success. Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • To provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers, and to consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Proficiency and utilization of our Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Complete vehicle needs assessment with customers through questioning and listening.
  • Provide a professional vehicle delivery, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle and features operations, warranty, and serving requirements.
  • Understanding and aiming to exceed pay plan objectives.
  • Attending daily sales meeting, training, and educational classes as required.
  • Helps educate/train new staff members.
  • Develop and achieve goals, analyze actions, reflect and strive to improve oneself daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned or responsibilities dictate

Qualifications of Automotive Sales Consultant:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you must have an engaging and high-energy personality, and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic, with the ability to be a part of the team and taking pride in your work.

  • Valid driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Prior automotive or demonstrated outside sales experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

CERTIFIED AUTOMOTIVE GAS OR DIESEL TECHNICIAN

As we expand our service team to accommodate the growing demand for our brands, we seek a Full-time Certified Automotive Gas or Diesel Technician that has ambition and a strong work ethic to join our successful team. Continual training and one on one manager support is vital to our Automotive Gas/Diesel technicians. Essential Duties

  • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
  • Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
  • Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
  • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  • Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
  • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
  • Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools and events.
  • Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
  • Supervises work of any apprentice technicians as assigned.
  • Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
  • Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
  • Keeps shop area neat and clean.
  • Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Valid driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) Specialized areas such as: Brakes, Electrical/Electronic Systems or Engine Performance Preferred
  • Basic Computer Skills
